Large Z-axis stage
The ZA-500L is a large stage that can move the vertical table surface in the z-axis direction. It is capable of a long stroke movement of 423 mm.
The drive method is a screw feed type (pitch 2 mm) and is operated by rotating the upper handle. The structure is simple, and it is a Z-axis stage that can quickly move with a stroke of 423 mm.
